We are sorry to hear that you are still awaiting your certificate, however certificates can take 8-10 weeks to be received. SQA certificates are sent directly to candidates home addresses. All other awarding bodies are sent via the college and are issued as soon as we receive these from the awarding body.
If you would like to know if your certificate has been sent please contact exams@forthvalley.ac.uk stating your name, date of birth, the course and the dates you attended and they will be able to check the status of your certificate.
If your certificate is not an accredited certificate, the certificate should have been issued to you electronically at the end of your course, please check your junk folder.
