The College no longer fill out the council tax exemption form. However at the start of every term the Student Records team send over a report of all students attending the college to the local council and then the local council apply the discount if applicable. If you get in contact with your local council they should be able to help you with this.
If you do not stay locally then it may be the case that you’re local council have not been informed. In this instance can you please send an email to student.records@forthfvalley.ac.uk and the team will be able to provide you with evidence in order to receive this discount.
